To support a major contact center modernization initiative, the full-time Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect will lead the migration from Genesys to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, focusing on solution architecture, development, integration, and technical leadership in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Lead technical design and development of Dynamics 365 Customer Service/Customer Engagement solutions Support the Genesys-to-Microsoft contact center migration, including requirements analysis, architecture, development, testing, and deployment Design solutions for multiple call centers, ensuring scalability and integration with business units Required Qualifications 5+ years of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or enterprise CRM development experience Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service/Customer Engagement and Dataverse Proficient in C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Power Fx development Experience with plugins, custom APIs, workflows, and Power Automate Strong understanding of Azure integration services, REST APIs, and enterprise architecture
