- Successful experience selling Microsoft consulting, Azure, cloud, or related technology services
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical buyers
- Technical professionals who have successfully transitioned into sales may also be considered
- Chicago-based candidates are strongly preferred, although other locations may be considered
