Microsoft 365 Copilot Program Manager

To lead the planning and deployment of Microsoft 365 Copilot across various departments, the remote Microsoft 365 Copilot Technical Program Manager will manage technical readiness, pilot programs, and use case development while ensuring governance and change management practices are in place. Key Responsibilities Assess Microsoft 365 environment readiness and coordinate technical enablement of Microsoft 365 Copilot Manage pilot program by defining success metrics, identifying early adopters, and documenting lessons learned Lead implementation of use cases to enhance productivity across administrative tasks and workflows Required Qualifications 5+ years of Program Management experience 2+ years of Microsoft AI/Copilot experience Experience leading an enterprise Microsoft 365 Copilot implementation from planning through deployment Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Administration, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform Strongly preferred experience in healthcare and AI governance
