Key responsibilities Architect and deliver AI-ready M365 foundations through discovery, design, deployment, and adoption Design secure, governed M365 tenant identity and data governance to enable enterprise AI adoption Serve as the primary technical authority on M365 architecture and AI readiness strategy for customer stakeholders Required qualifications 7+ years delivering Microsoft 365 solutions in consulting or enterprise environments Deep understanding of M365 components including Entra ID, Intune, Purview, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams Hands-on expertise in identity and access management, device management, and Microsoft 365 licensing Proven track record leading adoption programs encompassing governance, training, and change management Ability to articulate M365 architecture to executive and IT stakeholders and configure it independently
