Seeking a hands-on, client-facing Microsoft 365 Applications Engineer, the full-time position will design, build, and deliver production-quality solutions remotely, engaging directly with clients to address their business challenges through Microsoft 365 and Power Platform technologies. Key responsibilities Design and build SharePoint Online intranet portals and document management systems based on client requirements Develop production-grade Power Apps and implement complex Power Automate flows to enhance client workflows Lead technical discovery sessions to gather requirements and create solution design documentation Required qualifications 3+ years of experience delivering Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions in a consulting environment Proven ability to build production Power Apps and Power Automate flows Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture and governance Experience with Dataverse data modeling and application development Practical experience with REST APIs and HTTP integration patterns
