Location: Charlotte, NC is preferred, other locations are Irving, TX, Minneapolis, MN, Chandler, AZ, Columbus, OH, Des Moines, IA

Role Overview
• Manager is specifically looking for candidates with strong Micro Segmentation expertise.
• Candidates must be able to go beyond listing the technology on their resume and clearly explain:
o What they worked on.
o Their hands-on responsibilities.
o Technologies used (e.g., Illumio and similar platforms).
o Project-specific implementation details and outcomes.
Required Experience
• Micro Segmentation experience is mandatory.
• Preference for candidates with on-premises Micro Segmentation experience.
• Candidates with only cloud-based Micro Segmentation experience are unlikely to move forward.
• Looking for candidates with deep understanding of:
o Host-based segmentation.
o Micro Segmentation architecture and implementation.
o Real-world deployment and operational experience.
