As a W2 employee you will have access to health benefits.Responsibilities: Delicate precision and care with the highest quality are at the heart of the leading-edge components made in the Precision Meso-scale Technology Center. In this role, you will be an integral component in ensuring both exist in our products.
You will be tasked with the following roles:Remove micro burrs from milled and/or turned components in accordance with established procedures and quality standardsCollaborate with machinists and engineers to develop, refine, and implement improved deburring techniques and processesOperate heat treat furnace equipment by following defined processes and safety proceduresInspect incoming parts to verify conformance to specifications, drawings, and quality requirementsSupport additional production or operational tasks as assigned to meet business needsMaintain flexibility to work overtime as required by production demands, in accordance with Colorado state law and company policyAvailability to work swing shift or split shift schedules as required by production needs.Qualifications:Ability to work for extended periods using a microscope while maintaining focus and precisionHighly detail-oriented with a commitment to the highest quality standardsStrong manual dexterity for handling and manipulating small, delicate componentsExcellent hand-eye coordinationAdaptable and responsive to changing priorities and production needsBasic understanding of machining processes preferredMinimum of two years of experience in a similar role preferredProactively identifies and questions inconsistencies or potential errorsCapable of following both written and verbal instructions accuratelyComfortable navigating computer systems and web-based applicationsHigh School Diploma or Equivalent Tekberry Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
