Supporting the administration and enhancement of micro-credential workflows, the full-time remote Micro-credential Platform Administrator will manage platform operations, serve as a liaison among various stakeholders, and ensure effective system solutions are implemented. Key Responsibilities Lead the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of the micro-credential platform and related systems Act as a primary liaison to gather, analyze, document, and validate business and system requirements among academic and administrative units Oversee credential and badge issuance workflows, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness in collaboration with various campus partners Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Experience supporting a credentialing, badging, or learning platform Knowledge of micro-credentials and digital credentials, including their structure and support for competency-based education Familiarity with digital badging practices and credential lifecycle management Experience with Learning Management Systems such as Canvas and business systems analysis
