Serving as the primary workers compensation case management resource, the full-time salaried Michigan Workers Comp Case Manager will coordinate work-related injury cases from report through return to work, collaborating with various stakeholders in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Coordinate work-related injury cases, ensuring effective communication between Occupational Health providers, managers, employees, and third-party administrators Oversee case management activities and return-to-work coordination for injured employees Provide claim administration support throughout the workers' compensation process Required qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience; clinical degree or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred 3 years of experience in workers' compensation, human resources, occupational health, claims administration, or a related field Preferred certifications include Workers' Compensation Professional (WCP), Certified Case Manager (CCM), or Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS)
