Michigan Licensed Therapist

Offering a full-time remote opportunity, a Michigan Licensed Therapist will provide outpatient therapy for lower to moderate acuity populations, managing a consistent caseload while benefiting from minimal administrative tasks and operational support. Key responsibilities Deliver 100% remote outpatient therapy sessions, including 60-minute intakes and follow-ups Maintain a consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals and no inpatient or crisis-call responsibilities Exercise independent treatment decision-making while collaborating with an in-house referral network Required qualifications Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license Possession of two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA) Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or structured clinical settings is highly desired Proficiency in structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care) is preferred Strong clinical judgment and comfort in a fast-paced outpatient environment
