To support a growing practice, the part-time Michigan Licensed Social Worker will provide 15-22 telehealth sessions per week, delivering individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults while enjoying the flexibility of remote work. Key responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and develop individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans Provide evidence-based individual and family therapy via secure telehealth Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team and complete timely clinical documentation within the electronic health record (EHR) Required qualifications Active Michigan independent license (LPC, LMSW, or LMFT) Experience working with children, adolescents, and families or a passion for serving this population Ability to work independently in a virtual environment Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care; bilingual (English/Spanish) clinicians are encouraged to apply
