Serving as a primary subject matter expert for clinical health outcomes, the full-time Michigan Licensed Process Improvement Specialist will plan, develop, and track process improvement and operational projects related to clinical outcomes, ensuring integration with delivery systems, while working remotely from Michigan. Key responsibilities Review clinical member materials and serve as a liaison for clinical initiatives, including case and disease management Evaluate quality measures and member survey results to provide recommendations for process improvements Collaborate with the analytics team on process improvement reporting and scheduling Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or a related field, or equivalent experience 5+ years of process improvement experience, preferably in a managed care environment Current RN or LCSW license in the state of Michigan Experience in project coordination is preferred Auditing experience is highly preferred
