Supporting the clinical pharmacy services team, the full-time Michigan Licensed Pharmacy Technician will enhance workflow for medication therapy management, provide patient outreach and scheduling support, and assist with telephonic patient care in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Conducts patient interviews and chart reviews to identify and resolve medication adherence issues Documents patient cases and updates medication information in the electronic health record Generates reports to improve clinical pharmacy quality metrics and supports patient education on medication management Required qualifications High School Diploma/GED or equivalent Michigan Board of Pharmacy Technician registration/license Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) with PTCB Three years of pharmacy technician practice Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
