Offering a flexible opportunity for Michigan Licensed Optometrists, the full-time or part-time Independent Contractor will conduct comprehensive eye exams remotely using patented technology while collaborating with patients and support staff. Key responsibilities Examine patients using remote technology in the state(s) where licensed Communicate effectively with patients via specialized video conferencing tools Analyze eye health and generate prescriptions for eyeglasses or contact lenses with the support of Ophthalmic Technicians Required qualifications Valid Doctor of Optometry degree Current Michigan state optometry license Experience with tele-optometry or remote patient care is preferred Ability to work independently as an Independent Contractor Multiple state licenses are a plus
