To support individuals with Substance Use Disorder (SUD), a Michigan Licensed Nurse Practitioner will provide remote telehealth assessments, medication management, and care coordination in either a full-time or part-time capacity, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive client care. Key responsibilities Conduct health evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for clients with SUD Prescribe and manage medications while monitoring for side effects and treatment efficacy Collaborate with care team members and external providers to deliver integrated, whole-person care Required qualifications Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Michigan Active DEA license (and CDS where applicable) Several years of experience in behavioral health, addiction medicine, or psychiatry Board certification in specialty preferred Strong documentation skills and proficiency in EHR platforms
