To provide remote telehealth services to adolescent and young adult clients, the part-time Michigan Licensed Mental Health Facilitator will facilitate group sessions, engage clients, and collaborate with the care team while adhering to best practices and operational policies. Key responsibilities Facilitate group sessions using the latest curriculum and best practices, ensuring client engagement and participation Participate in monthly check-ins with the Group Quality Supervisor and collaborative Treatment Team meetings Complete all onboarding requirements and maintain timely communication with clients and staff Required qualifications Master's degree in mental health or a related field Experience working with youth and young adults Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities (e.g., DBT, CBT, EMDR) Technical proficiency in running effective telehealth sessions and using cloud-based communication tools Availability during late afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays
