To support the development of associate-level clinicians, the remote contract Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) will provide board-required clinical supervision while delivering telehealth services to the Medicaid community. Key responsibilities Supervise associate-level clinicians in accordance with board requirements and professional judgment Guide associates toward full licensure while ensuring compliance with Medicaid guidelines Utilize digital tools and EHR systems to facilitate clinical documentation and treatment planning Required qualifications Valid LMSW license in good standing in Michigan with board approval for clinical supervision Master's degree in Social Work Proven experience in guiding associates to full licensure Own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate) Familiarity with clinical documentation and treatment planning under Medicaid guidelines
