Supporting the nutritional well-being of patients in a full-time inpatient role, the Michigan Licensed Acute Care Dietitian will deliver individualized nutrition care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and participate in performance improvement initiatives, with up to 50% remote work flexibility. Key responsibilities Deliver nutrition care using the Nutrition Care Process, including assessment, diagnosis, intervention, monitoring, and evaluation Act as a nutrition resource and collaborate with healthcare staff and foodservice teams to ensure high-quality patient care Participate in or lead performance improvement initiatives to enhance clinical outcomes and operational efficiency Required qualifications Master's degree in nutrition, dietetics, or related field with coursework and supervised practice per ACEND guidelines, or a Bachelor's degree meeting ACEND requirements for those eligible prior to 1/1/2024 Eligibility for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) via CDR and registration within 120 days of hire Must meet state licensure/certification requirements at the time of hire where applicable 0-3 years of related experience in a clinical setting Proficiency in applying the Nutrition Care Process to deliver evidence-based care
