Job Description
Manage full project lifecycle including pre-construction, planning, execution, and closeout
Oversee both interior renovation and ground-up healthcare construction projects
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies
Ensure compliance with NYC building codes, healthcare regulations, and safety requirements
Lead site meetings, progress reporting, and stakeholder communication
Manage subcontractor performance, procurement, and contract administration
Identify risks and proactively implement solutions to maintain project timelines and quality standards

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
5-10+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a GC in NYC
Proven experience delivering
healthcare construction projects
(public sector preferred)
Strong background in both
interiors/fit-outs and ground-up construction
Deep understanding of NYC construction regulations and healthcare compliance standards
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline preferred
