Warehouse Associate
Responsibilities:
- Stack products and materials in the warehouse.
- Perform regular inventory checks and report discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Assist in organizing products for shipment and order fulfillment.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse and shipping areas.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet shipping and production goals.
- Report any safety hazards, accidents, or equipment malfunctions immediately to the supervisor.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including packaging and labeling products.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or sit for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer skills for tracking inventory and logging information.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if needed.
