If you're experienced in operating safely, quality production, and driving process improvements, we want you on our team!Ready to take the next step?New Start Pay:$22.00/hour$23.00/hour at 90 days$23.75/hour at 1 yearMain Responsibilities:Material Handling & Production SupportAluminum Furnace OperationBell Furnace Setup & OperationShipping & ReceivingProduct Inspection & Quality ControlSafety & ComplianceShipping:Perform various duties related to receiving materials and supplies, packaging products, and loading finished products onto commercial trucks for shipment.Material Handler:Ensure material flow through the plant by moving the completed product to the next operation. Set up and operate aluminum furnaces to anneal aluminum and aluminum alloys to a soft temper.
