Job TitleThis job is with Encode, Inc a fully owned subsidiary of LancesoftResponsibilities- This role is supporting the KC-46 Boom Shop- They will be a workplace coach- They will be in a coaching role to advise best practices- Structures manufacturing SME (expectation)- Looking at defect reports and suggest how to prevent that from happening in the future- Required to work hand and hand with leadership from a coaching perspective- Make an assessment/ guidance on what is needed to operations- Log all of coaching activities (used for metric reporting)Must Haves1. Must have Aerospace experience2. 10+ years of experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment3. 10+ years of experience with assembly and structures manufacturing4. 10+ years of experience with sheet metal assemblies, drilling, countersinking, riveting, and fastener installation5.
Experience analyzing and interpreting data from multiple sourcesPlusses- Military aircraft programs (examples: KC46, P8, E7)- Experience with coaching one or more individuals at a time and providing feedback- Understanding, interpreting, and delivering specific process driven instruction based on feedback from Manufacturing Operations and Quality- Works well in a collaborative team environment- Has the ability to adjust course in a dynamic shop floor manufacturing environment- Completed a blueprint reading class
