HR CoordinatorThe North America team is seeking an HR Coordinator to join our HR Department at our Assumption IL facility. The HR Coordinator supports daily HR operations, ensuring smooth communication across departments and assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and compliance. This role is essential in maintaining employee satisfaction and organizational efficiency.Your Impact:Coordinate job postings, screen resumes, and schedule interviewsAssist with candidate communication and recruitment logisticsPrepare new hire paperwork and conduct orientation sessionsMaintain employee records and update HR databasesProcess documentation such as benefits, and payroll changesEnsure compliance with labor laws and company policiesServe as a point of contact for employee questions and concernsYour Experience and QualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesKnowledge of HR software and systemsUnderstanding of labor laws and HR best practicesProblem-solving skills and attention to detail1–3 years of HR or administrative experiencePrior exposure to recruitment and employee relations preferredYour Compensation and BenefitsExpected annual salary for this role will be $42,000-$65,000 plus eligible for an annual bonus.
