Mexico Payroll Consultant

Seeking an experienced Mexico Payroll Implementation Consultant/Lead for a contract position to support payroll transformation initiatives, who will serve as a subject matter expert on Mexican payroll while collaborating with Payroll, HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors, with remote candidates strongly considered. Key responsibilities: Manage end-to-end Mexican payroll processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Support payroll implementations, system conversions, and process transformations Translate Mexico payroll requirements into functional and system requirements for implementation teams Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, MIS, or Business Administration 3+ years of payroll experience with significant exposure to Mexican payroll Strong knowledge of Mexican payroll regulations and statutory requirements Experience in payroll system implementation, conversion, or transformation projects Hands-on experience with IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAT, ISR, and CFDI de Nomina
