The exact offer terms will depend on the skill level, educational qualifications, experience, and location of the candidate.JD: Manufacturing domain, Shop Floor support, Methods Engineering Exposure to Aircraft Primary, Secondary Structures and SystemsObserve the assembly operations on shop floor and Document and photograph any shop aids not mentioned in the current work instructions (WI) and compile a list of these aids by workbook for customer.Identify any 'Condition of Supply' (COS) documents that need to be created or revised for parts requiring configuration changes and provide a list by part number and workbook for the customerConduct a product condition check via a Last Article Inspection (LAI) on the customer site production line.
Capture any undocumented 'Shop Aids' and provide report to customerPrepare or review Last article inspection documentationWrite and revise assembly instruction guides or manufacturing instruction guides for the manufacturing or assembly of aircraft componentsInterpret, verify and approve drawings and other engineering documentsDevelop assembly and manufacturing strategies for aircraft components.
