Method EngineerAs a Method Engineer, your mission is to develop and maintain standardized assembly methods, optimizing production lines, ensuring quality and regulatory adherence, and leveraging tools to support decision-making while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety. You will report to the Operations Manager.You will:Develop and maintain standardized assembly methods, visual work instructions, PFMEA analyses, and line-balancing models to achieve flexible, low-throughput-time production lines.Configure new and existing lines for pumo assembly and service, specify tooling and equipment.Develop processes for accurate material tracking, damage control, and just-in-time replinishment.Identify automation or ergonomic enhancements to prevent line stoppages and injuries.Implement and monitor poka-yoke solutions, first-time-right processes, and ISO/OSHA requirements to ensure consistent product quality and regulatory adherence.To succeed, you will need:We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every single requirement.
