Qualifications Requirements:
- 3+ years in Metal Shop experience (Required)
- 3+ years of management experience (Required)
- Machinery, tools and blueprint reading experience
- Possesses working knowledge of woodworking and manufacturing
- Must correctly perform all aspects of routine work, meeting quality standards and requirements
- Must be able to achieve results in an accurate and timely manner
- Maintain awareness of shipping schedules and adjust work capacity needs as required
- Keep work areas clean and safe
