Metal Roofing Installer

Position Overview
A Metal Roofing Installer will work in Lancaster Cabins' final phase of assembly by putting on insulation, metal roofing, and flashing. This is a hands-on job for someone who works hard, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in doing quality work.
What You'll Do as a Metal Roofing Installer

• Install Styrofoam insulation, metal roofing, and flashing using our established installation methods and quality standards.
• Install windows and exterior trim.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and manlifts safely and properly throughout the installation process.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and handle roofing materials carefully to prevent damage and unnecessary waste.
• Coordinate with our carpenters, production team, and supervisors to keep each cabin moving efficiently through production.

• Experienced: Has at least one year of experience installing metal roofing.
• Dependable & Hardworking: Show up consistently, work hard, and can be counted on to complete quality work.
• Efficient & Consistent: Work at a steady, productive pace while following our established processes and maintaining our standards for quality workmanship.
• Hands-On: You have mechanical aptitude, are competent with power tools, and are comfortable operating a scissor lift.
• Quality-Minded: You recognize problems, make basic adjustments, and take pride in producing a clean, professional finished product.
• Physically Capable & Team-Focused: You can lift up to 75 pounds and spend your workday lifting and installing metal roofing at heights of up to 15 feet while contributing to our Christian, family-oriented culture of teamwork and caring for others.
