Metal Process OperatorThe Metal Process Operator is responsible to work from established marking specifications, existing computer programs and verbal instructions. Requires minimal supervision and shows initiative in a fast-paced environment.Job Responsibilities:Clean substrates prior to the metal deposition.Running CPA sputter systems for metal deposition.Learn to change the metal targets in CPA sputter machines.Maintain material traceability from start to end of each process.Help Metal tech to keep the area clean.Report all non-conformances to management.Identify production inefficiencies and suggest potential improvements to product or processes.Crosstrain in other areas of responsibilities within the Metal/Laser group.Responsible for adhering to the code of safe practices in the use of machines, equipment, and materials.May be required to perform other duties.Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalent.Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in semiconductor processing.Clean room experiences desired.Familiar with vacuum systems and process gases as well as chemical cleaning is desired.Proficient in English. Must have good English communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people.Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.Able to prioritize job flows, schedule and manage time efficiently.Strong problem solving and multi-tasking abilities required.Well organized and able to work independently.Ability to work in a dynamic environment with constant change.Be able to lift minimum 50 pounds.
