At times, this can be physically demanding.

The position requires the ability to read blueprints and measure accurately using a tape measure. The candidate is expected to learn the products and processes quickly in order to keep the production lines on schedule. Willing to train candidates that are willing to learn.Complete material work orders for production in a timely mannerUnload raw materials from truck using a forktruckMove raw materials from lift tables onto the appropriate machineOperate forklift and CNC equipment as appropriate with level of training receivedMaintain all safety standards and guidelines at all timesClean and maintain work areaAble to be trained to operate a forktruckRequirementsBasic reading, writing and simple math skillsAbility to use measuring devices accurately on a consistent basisChange out machine dies during machine setup, including but not limited to LOTOAbility to lift 50-75 pounds, up to 100 pounds with assistanceAbility to operate various shop tools (including power and manually operated)Must be able to communicate (read, write and speak) English clearly
