Metadata Records Processing Specialist (Contract Contingent)ProSidian Consulting seeks a Metadata Records Processing Specialist to support and participate in a project supporting a Federal Government Agency Contract focusing on Financial Crimes Enforcement. The Metadata Records Processing Specialist plays an integral role by effectively participating in day to day operations and by offering quality service and excellence in the administration provided for the ProSidian Engagement Teams services supporting the Federal Government Agency Contract.The duties of this position include performing a broad range of advance skills and expertise in the Federal sector: responsibilities may include but are not limited to addressing management concerns in accordance with agency policies, assisting in scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities, as needed, in support of the training process and performing and tracking day-to-day training matters. Specific Task Order Swim lanes For this contract cover Training Support, Print Production, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA),Operations Management, Facility & Contract Support, & 508 Compliance so that the ProSidian Consulting Engagement Team Member can provide administrative, clerical, and research support for Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) program officesThe ProSidian Consulting Engagement Team Member shall assist Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) personnel in providing Metadata data processing.

Metadata is structured information that describes, explains, locates, or otherwise makes it easier to retrieve, use, or manage an information resource (NISO 204, ISBN: -9). The proposed personnel evaluates analytics publications and develops content metadata so that information in the publications can be identified, retrieved, and managed in repositories and delivered over the World Wide Web, the Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SPIRNet), and Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System. The incumbent should be familiar with commercial technologies, (e.g.

Adobe's Extensible Metadata Platform (XMP)), and existing metadata schemas (e.g. the Dublin Core Metadata Initiative (DCMI), Publishing Requirement for Industry Standard Metadata (PRISM), or the National Information Exchange Model (NIEM)).QualificationsHave a Bachelor's degree from a nationally accredited institution or relevant work experienceHave strong oral and written communication skills (English) and demonstrate knowledge of proper grammar and terminology commonly used in business office environments to prepare business analysesHave strong analytical skillsHave a strong customer service mindsetBe able to make independent judgments and recommendations with confidenceBe capable to proficiently produce work accurately and efficientlyAbility to work and lead others in ambiguous situationsAbility to effectively analyze and structure problems and service requirements based on the services we provideAbility to participate in the management of work streams that support of large, complex projectsResults orientation/self-directed -- ability to drive change in unstructured environmentStrong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work well in teamsMust have proficiency with various software applications including Microsoft SuiteExternal, client-facing consulting experienceExcellent written communication skills
