Additionally, we improve operations, product, and material flow across the breadth of the value chain and create greater supply network synergy and value.Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree 7+ years of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience 5+ years of experience implementing Siemens Opcenter Foundation/Discrete, including solution design, installation, configuration, setup, integration, and upgrades 5+ years of experience with business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional process design, data mapping, functional and technical specification documentation, system configuration, system testing, solution delivery, customer support, process documentation, and onsite/offshore delivery models Experience leading 2+ MES implementations and defining system architecture Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $141,200 to $278,300. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
