Title: MES Engineer

Location: St. Albans, VT – onsite

Type: Contract-W2

Required:

1. MES Experience

1. Understanding of manufacturing processes and batch operations

3. Life sciences experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain MES recipes using Rockwell

•Optimize recipes to improve efficiency, quality, and performance

•Support MES deployments, including testing, troubleshooting, and go-live activities

•Collaborate with IT, Engineering, QA, and Operations to align MES with process requirements

•Provide production support and resolve MES-related issues

•Maintain documentation and support validation/compliance activities

Qualifications

•Minimum 1 year of MES experience, preferably with Rockwell MES

•Experience with recipe/workflow authoring and system configuration

•Understanding of manufacturing processes and batch operations

•Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

•Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment

Preferred

•Experience in regulated industries (Pharma, Food & Beverage, etc.)

•Familiarity with validation (CSV) and GMP requirements

•Knowledge of Rockwell automation systems (PLC, SCADA)
