This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level associate to join a leading private equity practice and work on sophisticated acquisition and disposition transactions for top-tier sponsor clients.The ideal candidate will have 2–6 years of experience representing private equity sponsors in complex M&A transactions, including the acquisition and sale of portfolio companies.
