The role involves advising a broad range of clients—including public and private companies, as well as private equity funds and their portfolio companies—on complex transactional matters. The firm offers a collaborative, deal-driven environment with strong mentorship and meaningful opportunities for professional growth and advancement.Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and other corporate transactionsDraft, review, and negotiate transaction documents, including stock and asset purchase agreements, merger agreements, and ancillary documentsManage and coordinate due diligence processes and deal executionAdvise clients on corporate governance matters and day-to-day corporate issuesCollaborate with internal deal teams and manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlinesQualifications3–4 years of corporate M&A experience at a law firmStrong working knowledge of acquisition agreements and related transaction documentationExperience representing public and private companies and/or private equity clientsExcellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skillsHigh level of professionalism, business judgment, and ability to manage client relationshipsJ.D. from an ABA-accredited law schoolAdmission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction (or eligibility to obtain admission)Large national or international law firm experience preferredApplication RequirementsInterested candidates should be prepared to submit:ResumeCover letterLaw school transcriptAll inquiries will be held in strict confidence.
