This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-value transactions within a collaborative and internationally recognized platform.Key Responsibilities:Represent buyers and sellers in strategic corporate transactions across a variety of industriesSupport the execution of M&A, private equity, fund formation, and securities mattersDraft, review, and negotiate transaction documents and ancillary agreementsConduct and manage due diligence and coordinate deal closingsSupervise and mentor junior associates and manage transactional specialistsAssist in maintaining and developing client relationshipsQualifications:3–6 years of law firm experience, with a strong focus on M&AExperience in private equity fund formation and management is a plusDemonstrated ability to manage deal workflow and supervise junior team membersExcellent drafting, analytical, and communication skillsStrong business judgment and client-service mindsetJD from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the New York or New Jersey BarCompensation:Salary range: $260,000 – $390,000 (based on experience)Bonus eligible with a comprehensive benefits packageThis is a strong opportunity for a mid-level corporate associate looking to take on more responsibility and gain exposure to a wide range of sophisticated transactions within a global platform.
