The practice focuses on high-value domestic and cross-border deals, working closely with attorneys across corporate, finance, and regulatory disciplines to deliver integrated transaction support.Attorneys in the group handle sophisticated acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic transactions for public companies, private equity sponsors, and other institutional clients.Who We're Looking ForWe are seeking an associate attorney with approximately four to five years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and related corporate transactional work. The ideal candidate will have experience with:Public and private M&A transactionsDomestic and cross-border deal workDrafting and negotiating transaction agreementsCoordinating across multiple practice areas on complex transactionsCandidates should have strong academic credentials, peer firm experience, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.CompensationThe expected base salary range for this position is $365,000 to $390,000 annually, with final compensation determined based on experience and other job-related factors in accordance with applicable law.
