Merchant Operations Specialist

Supporting internal sales teams and external partners, the full-time Merchant Operations Specialist will manage the onboarding process for new clients, facilitate training, and provide exceptional customer service in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage the intake process for new product account boards from external partners and internal sales Facilitate onboarding and training for new partnerships while ensuring effective communication of underwriting and risk matters Respond to escalated issues and collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 2+ years of experience in merchant customer service and processing, preferably in the B2B space Ability to establish clear responsibilities and processes for monitoring work and measuring results Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on high levels of customer service Experience in reviewing processes to maximize efficiency
