Merchandising Leader: Visual & Floorset Excellence

AEO is looking for a Merchandise Leader to ensure stores align with AEO Brand Visual Standards. The ideal candidate will lead merchandising efforts, maintain a guest-ready environment, and support a positive team culture.

You’ll be responsible for training the Floorset team, executing visual merchandising, and ensuring safety standards on the sales floor. Strong retail merchandising skills and a passion for organization are required.
