American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a Merchandise Leader to join our store leadership team in Sioux Falls. You will be the right hand to the Merchandising Team Leader, driving Floorset execution, visual standards, replenishment and guest experience across the sales floor.
You will train and coach the Floorset team, set clear productivity goals, maintain stockroom and selling areas, and ensure the store remains guest ready while upholding AEO Brand Standards and policies.
