Schedule & Location:
- Monday-Thursday: In office (Jersey City, NJ)
- Friday: Remote
- Assist the Merchandising team with preparation for meetings and presentations
- Support development of key working tools including photoshoot decks, assortments, meeting agendas, and recaps
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Planning, Design, and Sourcing teams to ensure alignment and clear communication
- Assist with reporting projects and postmortem analyses; become proficient in business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Attend selected sales meetings, capture notes, and distribute recaps
- Conduct competitive research and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Support quarterly sample closet organization and maintenance
- Prepare, ship, and unpack samples for key meetings and photoshoots
- Support special projects as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Business, or related field
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel preferred)
- Consistent in-office presence required Monday-Thursday
