The Talent World is seeking an HR Advisor to join a growing team from our hybrid Christchurch base. This role covers the full employee lifecycle, with bi-weekly travel to our regional offices in Sheffield and Widnes/Christchurch, and a workload focused on people, policy and performance.
You will support managers and staff across employee relations, absence management, recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, compliance and HR projects to drive business success.
