Position Responsibilities
• Provide a welcoming, customer-focused retail experience and assist customers with purchases, returns, and product questions.
• Process freight, markdowns, and incoming merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Understand and adhere to visual merchandising standards to maximize product presentation and ensure marketing initiatives are executed as intended.
• Partner closely with the Store Manager to execute action plans that support or exceed sales goals.
Required Skills:
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience in retail sales or retail operations.
• Experience using Point-of-Sale (POS) systems. xzgxqkn
• Ability to safely lift boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.
