About the Position
Merchandise Presentation Associate – responsible for creating a well‑merchandised environment and supporting all store trend, execution, and presentation initiatives under the direction of the General Manager and Merchandise Manager.
Responsibilities
- Execute monthly merchandising guidelines and adjust apparel on all mannequins per DVP standards.
- Demonstrate initiative and urgency to ensure floor readiness before store opening.
- Follow all corporate directives and guidelines set by the Director of Merchandise Presentation.
- Execute promotional and sale set‑up, including presentation and signage on the sales floor, and assist the Sales Support Team.
- Assist in replenishing merchandise on the selling floor and wall units.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years merchandising experience in a retail environment.
- Portfolio of previously created merchandising projects.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
- Can‑do attitude and strong teamwork ability.
