MEP SuperintendentAn established organization delivering complex mission critical construction programs is seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to provide field leadership on a large scale, high profile project in West Texas. This is an opportunity to play a key role in the successful execution of sophisticated mechanical and electrical systems that support cutting edge digital infrastructure. The ideal candidate is a hands on construction leader who thrives in fast paced environments, values safety, and has a proven ability to coordinate multiple trades while maintaining quality and schedule expectations.What You Will DoLead daily field operations for all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing construction activities.Coordinate and oversee multiple subcontractors to maintain productivity, quality, and schedule performance.Partner with project leadership, design teams, inspectors, and field personnel to resolve construction challenges and keep work progressing efficiently.Conduct daily planning meetings, review short term schedules, and identify opportunities to improve field execution.Monitor manpower, material deliveries, equipment availability, and construction sequencing.Promote a strong safety culture through site observations, compliance initiatives, and proactive communication.Verify installations meet project requirements, applicable codes, and quality standards.Support inspections, punch list completion, documentation, and project closeout activities.Maintain accurate field records using construction management platforms and reporting tools.Candidates should possess practical field experience supporting mission critical mechanical infrastructure, including:Chillers and cooling towersChilled water distribution systemsHVAC equipment and air handling systemsCRAC and CRAH equipmentLiquid cooling technologiesMechanical equipment installation and startup coordinationExperience overseeing installation of critical electrical infrastructure is required, including:Medium voltage distributionElectrical power distribution and protection equipmentStandby generatorsUninterruptible backup power equipmentAutomatic transfer switchesPower distribution equipmentRequired QualificationsEight or more years supervising MEP construction on mission critical, industrial, or large commercial projects.Three or more years serving as a Superintendent, General Foreman, or Lead Superintendent.Hands on experience supporting hyperscale data centers, colocation facilities, semiconductor manufacturing, healthcare facilities, or similar mission critical environments.Strong knowledge of both mechanical and electrical building infrastructure.Experience managing multiple subcontractors across active construction sites.Working knowledge of construction scheduling, QA QC processes, construction sequencing, and field safety programs.Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and construction management software.Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related discipline.OSHA 30 certification.First Aid and CPR certification.
