If this sounds like you, please apply!ResponsibilitiesLead all field operations for large-scale data center construction projectsManage trade coordination, work sequencing, and daily execution across all scopesDevelop and enforce short-interval schedules and field execution plansLead site logistics planning including laydown, access, crane operations, and material flowEnforce site safety culture, OSHA compliance, and zero-incident standardsDrive QA/QC processes, inspections, testing, and deficiency resolutionCoordinate installation of mission-critical systems including power distribution, generators, switchgear, UPS, cooling systems, and fire protectionLead subcontractor management, productivity, performance accountability, and workforce planningCoordinate inspections with AHJs, owners, commissioning agents, and operatorsLead commissioning readiness, turnover planning, and systems integration supportManage punchlist execution, closeout sequencing, and substantial completion readinessInterface directly with owners, operators, and project leadership teamsSupport constructability reviews, phasing strategies, and risk mitigation planningLead field teams, mentor assistant superintendents, and develop trade leadershipQualifications7+ years of field leadership experience on complex commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projectsStrong expertise in mission-critical construction sequencing and system integrationProven ability to lead large, multi-trade field teams in high-reliability environmentsExperience with live campuses, constrained sites, and high-security facilities preferredThe Walsh Group, Ltd.
