We are currently seeking an MEP Project Superintendent for our Data Center Group in Goodyear, AZ.
Responsibilities
* Lead all field operations for large-scale data center construction projects
* Manage trade coordination, work sequencing, and daily execution across all scopes
* Develop and enforce short-interval schedules and field execution plans
* Lead site logistics planning including laydown, access, crane operations, and material flow
* Enforce site safety culture, OSHA compliance, and zero-incident standards
* Drive QA/QC processes, inspections, testing, and deficiency resolution
* Coordinate installation of mission‑critical systems including power distribution, generators, switchgear, UPS, cooling systems, and fire protection
* Lead subcontractor management, productivity, performance accountability, and workforce planning
* Coordinate inspections with AHJs, owners, commissioning agents, and operators
* Lead commissioning readiness, turnover planning, and systems integration support
* Manage punchlist execution, closeout sequencing, and substantial completion readiness
* Interface directly with owners, operators, and project leadership teams
* Support constructability reviews, phasing strategies, and risk mitigation planning
* Lead field teams, mentor assistant superintendents, and develop trade leadership
Qualifications
* 7+ years of field leadership experience on complex commercial, industrial, or mission‑critical projects
* Strong expertise in mission‑critical construction sequencing and system integration
* Proven ability to lead large, multi‑trade field teams in high‑reliability environments
* Experience with live campuses, constrained sites, and high‑security facilities preferred
