Global Headhunter - MEP Lead Engineer/Project Manager
I am supporting a leading MEP firm to secure the very best talent, and am looking to speak with suitably qualified candidates for a Lead Engineer/Project Manager - MEP role that will be responsible for driving the firm's most strategic engagements.
Responsibilities
- Define scope, budget and schedule for new projects, then steer them from kickoff through flawless delivery.
- Keep teams on track, clients in the loop and deliver quality reports and presentations, all while crushing milestones.
- Monitor costs vs. budget, negotiate change notices and ensure each project delivers on time, and in budget.
- Mentor engineers, spotlight strengths, address gaps and cultivate tomorrow's technical leaders.
- Deepen ties with existing clients, sniff out new opportunities and help craft winning proposals.
Qualifications
- PE license and a B.S. in Engineering (or equivalent).
- 5+ years MEP experience.
- Project Manager experience on diverse projects.
- Excellent communicator, comfortable engaging C‑suite executives and cross‑discipline partners.
- Sharp commercial instincts: budget management, opportunity spotting and proposal finesse.
- Natural mentor who thrives coaching talent and fostering collaboration.
