MEP Project Manager – Major Healthcare Development

We are working with an established and growing General Contractor in South Florida that is looking to hire an experienced MEP Project Manager for a major healthcare construction development in Jupiter, FL.

This is an excellent opportunity for an MEP professional looking to take ownership of mechanical, electrical and plumbing coordination on a technically challenging project, working alongside an experienced construction management team.

The Role

As MEP Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and coordinating mechanical, electrical and plumbing subcontractors throughout construction
• Working closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, engineers and consultants
• Reviewing MEP drawings, specifications, shop drawings and submittals
• Identifying and resolving MEP coordination issues and clashes between trades
• Monitoring MEP installation progress against project schedules
• Managing RFIs, procurement coordination and project documentation
• Ensuring installations meet project specifications, quality standards and applicable codes
• Supporting inspections, testing, commissioning and project closeout
• Maintaining effective communication between the construction team and MEP subcontractors

What We're Looking For

• Experience as an MEP Project Manager, MEP Manager or Senior MEP Coordinator within commercial construction
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems
• Experience coordinating multiple MEP trades on active construction projects
• Background working for a General Contractor or established MEP subcontractor
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications and project schedules
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
• Healthcare, hospital, medical facility or other technically complex construction experience preferred
• Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam or similar construction management software beneficial

We are particularly interested in candidates who have successfully delivered MEP packages on large commercial, healthcare, institutional or other technically demanding construction projects.

Compensation & Opportunity

Base Salary: Up to $140,000, depending on experience
