We are seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes on large-scale data center, mission critical, cold storage, and industrial construction projects across the U.S. This is a traveling role responsible for coordinating field operations, ensuring quality, maintaining schedules, and driving safe project execution.
Responsibilities
- Manage all MEP field activities from preconstruction through commissioning.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to meet project schedules.
- Ensure work is completed safely, on budget, and to quality standards.
- Lead inspections, QA/QC, and turnover activities.
- Partner with project management and owners to resolve field issues.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of MEP Superintendent experience on large commercial or industrial projects.
- Data center, mission critical, cold storage, or advanced manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and commissioning processes.
- Willingness to travel nationally for project assignments.
